fufu+ is the official EC site of fufu, a hair coloring salon chain with locations across Japan, letting customers buy salon-quality hair care products and beauty items online. Shampoo, treatments, hair care products, cosmetics — carefully selected items actually used and sold in salons — can all be ordered easily from home.
 Because the products are chosen based on hairstylists' expertise, they cover specialized needs such as improving hair condition, repairing damage, and caring for hair after coloring. A key feature is being able to continue the at-home care that follows an in-salon treatment, so the results from the salon can be maintained in everyday life.
Buying through the online store also means customers can get high-quality products without visiting a physical location, making it a convenient service for busy people today. With features like free shipping over a certain amount, it's easy to use and supports ongoing hair care.

Technical Challenges
No documentation at handover, requiring everything to be rebuilt
When our company took over this project, no related documentation existed at all — no design documents, no specifications. We had to investigate and understand the system and the business from scratch, and then, based on the limited information we could gather, rebuild all of the documentation from the ground up.
Performance and stability requirements for a high-traffic EC system
This system is an EC site expected to be used by many users at the same time. That means it needs fast page load times as well as stable operation even under heavy load — ensuring performance and availability was a critical requirement.
