Bunbu adds new features to BEAUTY POS and operates it. More than 2,000 stores use this POS system for beauty salons
CLOUD BEAUTY Inc. has its head office in Osaka and an office in Tokyo. The company provides BEAUTY POS, a cloud POS system for beauty salons. Salons use BEAUTY POS to manage bookings, payments, customer information, staff and sales. Hair salons, nail salons, eyelash salons, spas, relaxation salons, personal training gyms and beauty clinics all use the system. According to CLOUD BEAUTY, more than 2,000 stores use BEAUTY POS.
Salons use BEAUTY POS every day, so the system must run reliably. Salons also want more ways to reach their customers. For example, they want to send messages on LINE, or to see a caller's details as soon as the phone rings. Since April 2025, CLOUD BEAUTY has asked Bunbu to develop new features and to operate the whole system.
Bunbu built the LINE integration. A salon can link the friends of its LINE official account to customer records in BEAUTY POS and then send them messages. Bunbu also built the call system. When a customer calls the salon, the screen shows that customer's details right away, so staff know who is on the line. Bunbu is now developing a rebooking feature. When a customer cancels a booking, the system will send an SMS that invites the customer to book again.
Bunbu also operates BEAUTY POS. Bunbu manages the AWS infrastructure, deploys updates and monitors the system every day. When a salon reports a problem or sends a request, Bunbu checks it and handles it in order of priority. Bunbu continues to operate the system and to develop new features at CLOUD BEAUTY's request.
